How To Live Life You Deserve

1. Live on purpose.
Using silence and planned mediation, allow your life purpose to wonderfully unfold before you. Discover the activities that make your heart sing. Engage joyfully in these activities.

2. Act boldly. When ideas come to you, act boldly upon them. Being a shrinking violet will hold you in your current status. Pursue lofty goals and take on challenges that you would have previously avoided.

3. Have positive expectancy. Expect your desired life. Choose your thoughts, reshape your beliefs. Visualize your desired future.

4. Take total responsibility for your life. You choose your emotions and your response. Are you blaming someone else or accepting responsibility for your life.

5. Practice gratitude. Be thankful NOW! A fundamental law of the Universe is to be grateful in all things.

Creating the life you desire is easier than you think living consciously. Conscious living requires that you take time for yourself, be self-aware and choose the life you want.

Live Life You Deserve

One of the most debilitating things we do as human beings is imprisoning ourselves by holding onto wrongs done to us in the past. It torments us with constant pain. It adds another level of stress to our lives that, over time, can cause physical damage.

The heinous aspect of holding onto this internal trash is that it's only hurting you. The person that caused all of the distress in your life is on their merry way; long out of the picture that is your life.

So, while you're going through your chronic pain, the cause of it all, whether an individual or a group, hasn't given you a second thought!

Why would you want to hold on to this self-inflicted torture?

There's no doubt that the hurt caused and the remaining feelings are real. However, those inherent human emotions are also harming you. You need to let go of these destructive feelings as soon as possible to keep your person, and your desired life's picture, as lovely as you are.

There are six steps that you can take to let go of the weight of past wrongs, and begin taking in and experiencing the cleansing of your anger and pain. Once you take these steps, you'll feel a lifting of your spirit you haven't experienced in years.

Step 1 - Get to the root cause of your pain.

Why did the actions of this person hurt you so badly? If someone else had done the same thing to you, would it still haunt you? Do they know that they've hurt you?

Try asking yourself "Why does this bother me so much?" five times, each time digging deeper for the true source of your pain. Don't let yourself off the hook by saying any incarnation of "Because it sucks!" You're better than that. You deserve to give yourself a well thought out answer.

Once you get to the real reason that you've kept the thoughts and emotions of this pain for so long, then you can move to Step 2.

Step 2 - Acknowledge the cause of your pain.

You need to come to grips with the fact that this event occurred in your life, and that it was brought on by someone you cared about deeply. You lived through it, and survived the nastiness that was part of the situation. Though it was terrible to go through, you've become the person you are now, in part, because of the experience.

Bringing this out into the open will help you to begin your healing process. It uncovers the ball of negativity so that it can be treated and eliminated. Instead of staying buried inside of you, you will also allow yourself to view the event as a single item that can be handled and disposed of.

Step 3 - Embrace the lessons learned.

There are very few people living today that haven't had some harsh lessons taught to them by life. Most people have had someone they trusted let them down. The thing that makes us so resilient is that when we survive these mishaps, we build character and most of us keep moving forward. We learn from our mistakes, and develop finely tuned warning systems that we rely on for the rest of our lives.

Remember all of the lessons you learned from the experience and express gratitude for being wiser now than you were then. Think back to the mishaps you've avoided since then because of your hard earned wisdom. Embrace the lessons learned because they helped make you the person you are today.

Step 4 - Forgive them.

I know this may be the toughest step to do, but it's absolutely necessary to your well-being.

Forgiving those that do us harm serves three purposes -

It acknowledges the fact that no one is perfect, and that all of us make mistakes.
It frees you from the hold that they've had over you for far too long.
It carries away the negativity that's been inside of you. You're now allowed to grow more positive each day without that anchor, and you can now attract more of the same.

Yes, for some of you, the actions against you were severe. You didn't deserve it. What they did was wrong. It's all true, but it's also true that as long as you have these circumstances hanging over you, you'll never achieve the happiness you deserve. There will be a cloud over you, blocking any goodwill that may be available from taking root inside of you.

Don't allow them to shackle you anymore. Forgive them.

Step 5 - Destroy the pain once and for all time.

Now that you have your hurt out in the open and in a single, compact ball, it's time to send it to its grave. You may find it beneficial to write out what happened and burn the paper. For others, you may want to inflate a balloon and write something like "Goodbye __________. You'll never control my life again." and pop it with the longest, sharpest pin that you can find. Some may want to meditate and allow the images associated with those times to fade away into nothingness.

Whatever you do, make a promise to yourself to never allow this person and events to burden you again.

Step 6 - Fill the "hole" with positive actions.

With your new found freedom, take the time to enjoy your life again by taking in some simple pleasures. Take a walk in a park, go to a local museum, or take up a creative hobby like writing poetry or playing an instrument. Do something daily that will fill you with pleasure, and keep any negative thoughts about your past from refilling your soul.

As you continue your pursuit of uplifting activities, you'll find that over time, the issue that caused you so much heartache in the past has no hold over you today. Your thoughts are far more positive, and you'll see opportunities where once there was nothing but drudgery.

As long as you're living among humans, there will always be a chance you will be hurt by other imperfect beings. Whether intentional or unintentional, it'll be your decision to either embrace the hurt and the pain, or to let it go. For your well-being, don't let the incident fester for weeks, months, or years.

Let it go and live the life you deserve.

Why are you putting up with mediocrity? Is life passing you by? Are you doing what you really want to do? Have your vibrant dreams faded to only a flicker? Can you truly say that you're ready to make significant changes to get your life to the place where you are the "star"? Are you "coach-able"?

 Live Life You Deserve

How often do you think about your subconscious power? Although the law of attraction has been around for a very long time, some people have never even heard of it. Then there are the folks who have heard of it but have not been able to use the mind power they have within. Well, here is the implied meaning of this law, concise instructions on how to manifest your desires and a technique you can start using today to begin using your mind's power to get the life you deserve.

What Is the Law of Attraction

The attraction law is a universal law. What this means is it applies to all human beings on the planet, irrespective of where they are located, what color is their skin, how smart or not smart they are, what religious or non-religion and/or whether or not they are rich or poor. With that being said, you can rest assure that everyone will benefit from this law no matter what -- without discrimination.

In layman's terms, the law of attraction is the belief that anybody can determine their destiny through the power of the mind. The attraction law specifically indicates that similar energies attract each other. It has been demonstrated and proven by many people that thinking in a certain way will ultimately draw in events of a similar nature. Therefore, we can safely assume that thinking positively will attract abundance and positive occurrences and destructive and/or negative thinking patterns will attract negative consequences.

    How To Manifest Your Desires

To use the law of attraction you have to do more than simply think positive. A positive frame of mind merely means having a good outlook of the world in which you live. However, if you truly want to apply the law in a deeper, more precise way, a way in which you will benefit from, it is imperative that you distinctly acknowledge and imagine what you want.

You should begin to envision what you want in the present tense. This simple step of visualizing is your way of asking the universe to give you your desires. With your crystal clear vision in mind, you've got to behave like you already own it. "Once you learn to use your mind power to believe that you already have an abundance and can grasp that specific feeling, you are preparing your subconscious mind to receive it."

How To Train Your Subconscious Power -Release Doubt

The most essential component of applying the law of attraction is your ability to release all doubts. This is the part that most people struggle with. If you don't let go of all doubt from your mind, you will not benefit from the law. You have to overcome this doubt. Don't simply push doubt to the back of your mind. Confront and overcome your doubts by constantly visualizing in the present tense. If you don't, you'll unconsciously doubt that you deserve what you want and sabotage the entire mental process.

Even for the most up-beat and positive thinker, releasing doubt isn't easy. You may be accustomed to feeling uncertain and being hesitant. However, you can overcome this uncertainty by applying simple techniques that help to strengthen your mind power. Start now by writing down what you desire and begin to feel yourself in the present tense (as if you already own it). Display your writings in a prominent place; constantly being able to view the anticipated results of your endeavors will help to keep your mind on the right track.

 Living Space

Everyone understands downsizing by this point in their lives. I recently read an article on living on a sailboat. If you are a sailor, this might be a good thing. For the rest of us, downsizing simply means we really don't need a huge house, and all of the cost associated with it, anymore. The cottage, condo, or apartments were designed for those who want to live more frugally. Evaluate what you really need and make that adjustment to save a lot of money.

Monthly Bills

The bills, or debts, we carry can weigh on us, like an anvil in the hands of a drowning man. Take the time to pay off your debt and then reduce your monthly bills. This will open up the income we have for more pleasurable things. You can start by looking at what you really use. Dropping that top tier of cable or losing the house phone are easy decisions to make. Check with all of your utilities and insurance carriers to make sure you are getting the lowest rates and on the correct billing tiers.

Extra Income

This is the part that many retirees are looking for. They want to enjoy their retirement and still not worry so much about money. Internet marketing can be the key to this. This is the easiest, most mobile and most rewarding business to be in. If you understand how to market the internet well, you can sell anything that makes you happy. You can take this work anywhere there is an internet connection. You can learn the tricks and tips that will keep you in all the extra money you can handle. The best part is that internet marketing can be done for virtually free.
